The faculty of The Coaching Centre are all practicing, experienced, professional coaches. Their work involves high level coaching with individuals and in organisations in South Africa and abroad. Their research is focussed on cutting edge developments in coaching.

The faculty have all completed professional Masters degrees through thei-coach academy in association with Middlesex University (London) and/orprofessional Doctorate degrees through the International Centre for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University. This positions the faculty as thefirst ever coaches in the world to have a formal academic qualification incoaching.

These highly skilled and trained professionals, each with different areas of expertise (business, psychology, law, diversity, power, leadership, organisational theory, life skills and team building), bring their extensive knowledge and experience to the programmes and courses. They are all committed to the development of the profession, and making it relevant and effective in South Africa.
