A Developmentor is a highly specialised practitioner who has completed the 15-month IPCP training, then joined the faculty to support the learning journey for our students as they continue to deepen their experience and learning into a praxis of exceptional integration.

This is learning support that can bring the sensing and seeing of human experience into the room — which no AI can do — to see patterns and notice in-person shifts of energy, not just in words but in the unseen energy that is available. The life context is known. The interventions are unique.
