While we focus on leadership development because there is such a dire need to shift that inner place from which most leaders are operating, we appeal to each and every person, team or organisation in ways that are honed and tailored exactly for each unique human being.

The important extension of this is to be in 'right' relationships with others, based on later stage conceptualisations and practice, where:

• Boundaries are seen as appropriate guidelines for co-existence — but not exclusion

• Behaviours follow a moral code that is practiced

• The inner world of thought, feeling, and sensing is used to expand intelligence and wisdom

• Recognition of our inter-systemic co-existence benefits us all — if connected to maturity, discernment and care

 

Not sentimental care. But the care that holds vision and compassion, where strength is humility and courage.
