The beauty of our faculty is that we grow our people from the inside out. Each member is an expert and a leader in their own right; nearly all were once students, then invited into being support faculty as a Developmentor© , and some graduate to become faculty. Some are world-renowned leaders in their field of wisdom and knowledge.

This creates the conditions for diversity to find its signature presence within the frame of a common language for learning, leadership, coaching and culture change. In the current state of uncertainty, having a path to take enables each person to wander into their own road.

Our support faculty are perhaps our greatest gems — alumni who show talent, integrity, and a deep willingness to learn and support the growth of others. Across all the years of the Centre's existence, there is something magical about this group: they always show up.
