Integral Africa Institute
The foundational heart that powers the ideas and practice.
The Institute is where we bring our research and studies, our theory and practice, into a forum for sharing into the world. We are oriented toward a world built on integrity, compassion, research, story and lived experience. We believe these are the ingredients that inform the decisions we take for the world we want to live in, and informs the way we might be humaning together. We acknowledge history, context, and the human spirit.
We honour difference and diversity as essential ingredients of this vast tapestry of nature and of any healthy living system and we acknowledge that we are part of the web of life and with it comes response-ability.

The ever-present realisation of travel into space continues to remind us that this blue ball is a miracle of life — and of how our unconsciousness is strangling it, and in so doing, all of us.
The Orientating Map
We use the powerful and meaningful orientating map of the full spectrum of human experience. It calls into being an integration and transformation of our being by building walkways that can create flow between the north and the south, the east and the west — shifting the barriers of false separation that have, too often, sent us to war.
Research, studies, dialogue
The Institute is the thinking and sense-making home of Integral Africa. Its work flows into every other strand — Leadership, Coaching, Culture Change, Consulting and Communities — and returns to the Institute to be examined again.

We are activists for consciousness and healing — deep healing to recover the genius of nature. We look to walking, not just talking.

The Integral U® Spine
Our distinctive framework, developed over a lifetime's work by Dr Paddy Pampallis, weaves profound disciplines into a coherent and practical whole. Together, these form Integral U™ — an operating system for understanding human development and consciousness, bridging the north and south, the logical and intuitive, the soil and the soul.
